The Muntinlupa Regional Trial has begun the hearing for the motions filed regarding the cases filed against Senator Leila De Lima.
Judge Amelia-Fabros-Corpuz of Branch 205 gave De Lima 10 days to respond to the comments of the Department of Justice, and also to answer to the Motion to Quash, and Motion for Determination of Probable Cause.
The DOJ, meanwhile, was given 10 days to answer the said issues if needed.
The Court also asked the defense to comment on the motion filed by DOJ to consolidate the three cases filed against De Lima into one court.
The next hearing is scheduled on April 21, 9:00 in the morning.
