Jeron Teng moves from AMA to Phoenix

Basketball Star Jeron Teng has left AMA Online Education Titans and has joined the rookie PBA D-League team Flying V Thunders.

According to reports, Teng has already signed a contract with Flying V, and will play for the team in the upcoming 2017 PBA D-League Foundation Cup.

During the latest PBA D-League Draft, the former UAAP star was chosen by AMA as their first pick.

The former De La Salle University Green Archers basketball player then played for the Titans during the 2017 PBA D-League Aspirants Cup, wherein he averaged 23.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.

The Thunders will be guided by former National Univeristy Bulldogs Coach Eric Altamirano, who previously coached the 2009 Philippine National Under-18 team, which Teng was a part of.
